Kloww is a software tool designed to assist users in WhatsApp marketing and growth. Its features include, but are not limited to:

• Multi-Lingual: Support for messaging in multiple languages.
• Grab Active Members: Extract active group members.
• Google Maps Data Extractor: Extract location-based data from Google Maps.
• Social Media Data Extractor: Extract data from social media platforms.
• Find Groups: Discover and join relevant WhatsApp groups.
• Business Number Extractor: Extract WhatsApp Business numbers.
• Send Multi-Type Messages: Send text, images, videos, and documents in bulk.
• WhatsApp Warmer: Keep accounts active to avoid bans.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Software's features at any time without prior notice.

To purchase or use the Software, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data privacy and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).

• Purchase: Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single device running Windows 8 or above.
• License Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Software. Unauthorized use will result in termination of your license.

• Eligibility: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not work properly due to a defect or malfunction attributable to us. Refunds are not available if the Software functions as described but does not meet your expectations, or if issues arise from user error, improper setup, or violation of these Terms.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, contact us at support@kloww.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
• Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if the Software works as intended.

• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms (e.g., WhatsApp's Terms of Service). We are not liable for account bans, legal actions, or penalties resulting from your use.
• Data: You must have legal permission to collect, store, and use any data (e.g., phone numbers, group member details) processed through the Software.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Software for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or sending unsolicited messages.

• Pricing: All prices are listed on www.kloww.com and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe. All transactions are final upon successful payment, subject to the refund policy in Section 4.

The Software, Website, and all related content are owned by Kloww and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our property without written permission.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or protection against third-party bans (e.g., WhatsApp).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kloww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

We may terminate your license and access to the Software if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.

• Updates: We may provide updates to the Software at our discretion. You are responsible for installing updates to maintain functionality.
• Support: Technical support is available at support@kloww.com but is not guaranteed beyond basic troubleshooting.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on www.kloww.com, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the changes.
